The Pink's Expression is a barista grade instrument. It produces beautiful espresso results as well as a commercial grade machine. It comes with a commercial style 58mm ridgeless coffee basket and you can upgrade portafilter sizes as you need.
You can experiment with coffee grind and extraction pressure and Pinks Expression reacts very well to coffee grind courseness and tamp pressure.
